Our story
The first wave of AI was exploration — demos, pilots, and promises. The second wave is where it starts doing real work. We've been building AI products since 2018, and we started Second Wave around a simple observation: most teams don't struggle to imagine what AI could do; they struggle to get it working reliably inside the workflows, products, and services they already depend on.
